Can I see the picture before you reproduce it on canvas?
Unfortunately we cannot. Each computer screen varies and therefore the image on your screen may vary slightly from the finished canvas you receive, therefore it is hard to get a clear idea of the finished product. To overcome this we provide many examples for each service and have a money back guarantee for all works.

Do you provide framing services?
No. In order to minimise shipping costs for our customers and to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, we recommend that customers visit their local framer and choose the frame to suite their own particular décor.

Where can I get additional information?
Almost everything you should need to know is right here on the website. In cases where you require some additional information or specialised questions please feel free to request a call back via our information line.

I have an old beat up photo; can that be restored?
It certainly can. One of our specialties is restoring cracks, fading and wear from older photos before recreating them on canvas.

What are the best file format, resolution, and image size?
Our preferences are JPEG file format, 300dpi file and no larger than 2 megabyte in size. Please feel free to inquire if any of these do not suit and we will try our best to assist you.

How long do they take to make and deliver?
We try to get your canvas out for you as soon as possible, we generally like to keep to a 5-7 working day turn around. Every order is sent via Autralia Post. Obviously international orders are a little longer depending upon country and postal times.

Are my credit card details secure when I place an order?
Card details are encrypted and sent to us via 128-bit SSL, the same standard used by the worlds leading banks. We take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety of your card details.

Is it possible to use other people’s images and photos?
This is no problem. We do however; require our customers to confirm that they have consent to use the images for the purpose of reproduction from the photographer.

Is there anything to remember before I choose an image to be recreated on canvas?
When choosing your photo it is important to remember that the image may be cropped slightly to fit the shape of your order dimensions. Please also take into account that the printed image gets wrapped around the frame, loosing a small amount of the image to the gallery wrap feature.

How Can I keep my canvas print clean?
You simply use a standard duster or wipe with a damp cloth. Never use any cleaning sprays or detergents as this may cause a reaction with the inks used.

Can you create new images from a combination of others?
This is our collage service, where we take a number of images and combine them to make a new and exciting 1 off canvas, with that little extra sentimental charm.

Is this service only for digital photos or can you use my older traditional photos?
We sure do, there are two easy ways to do this. Firstly scan your image and attach it to our online order form. Alternatively print out our order form and send this with your photo to the provided address. You will of course have your original returned to you.

Can you turn my coloured photo into black and white?
Black and white canvases can add a degree of class and artistic brilliance to your old photos, any photo can be transformed into a Black and white canvas.

Do you ship internationally?
We do ship to anywhere in the world. Prior to placing your order please take a moment to check you have the correct shipping rates. The recipient is also responsible recipient is responsible for any customs duties and taxes.

Can you do special order and custom sizes and prints?
We will do our best to accommodate any special order that you would like. Please email us for any inquiry you may have.

Can a get a canvas printed in other shapes such as round?
Unfortunately we do not offer this service at the moment.

Can you produce canvas prints with only a negative?
At this stage we are not equipped to reproduce portraits on canvas, however we are currently working to improve this part of our service.

Can I alter my image significantly, remove objects if required?
This is our retouching service. There are three levels depending upon the amount of work required to fulfil your request. Please see our different retouching options; they range from removing dates to removing people or other major objects.

Can I colourise an old black & white photo?
We can re colourise black and white photos, this is charged on a case by case basis, depending upon how much detail there is in the photo. Please contact us for a quote.

Do you have quantity discounts for photographers and wholesale pricing?
We do provide some quantity discounts on a case by case basis. Please contact us for details about the opportunity to offer an extra degree to your photography service.

I absolutely love your product, how can I place an order?
There are two ways to place an order, either simply fill out the online payment form with your image file attached, or send us the original image in the post to P.O. Box 2181, Burleigh DC, QLD 4220.
